In her role as Director, Pernille is responsible for growing the Dixon Kestles business while ensuring its efficient and effective operation. A key part of the leadership team, she works across the business to build our brand and reputation through the provision of the highest quality service.
Pernille has worked in the property industry since 1995, across a broad range of roles including residential and commercial property management, owners corporations, sales and recruitment. She’s a Licensed Estate Agent, Fellow Strata Community Manager (FSCM), MBA holder and is currently studying for her Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Pernille presently serves as a Board member for the Strata Community Association Victoria SCA (VIC) and has since 2021 as well as the Strata Community Association National Board since 2023 . It’s this varied property and business management background that makes Pernille the perfect person to oversee operations at Dixon Kestles.
Joining the company for a second time in 2010, Pernille works with the leadership team to drive a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. She executes business strategies to support business growth, works through contract negotiation, assesses service provision, sets and reviews budgets and assists with financial planning for the future success of the business. Pernille prides herself on acting with honesty and integrity, and is passionate about supporting her team to grow, improve and achieve both personally and professionally while ensuring that clients consistently receive outstanding service.
