With over 25 years of experience in Melbourne real estate, Steven has seen it all. With an obvious passion for real estate, outside of work Steven splits his interests in recharging and planning extreme sports such as skydiving. A perfect synergy with the fast paced world of commercial real estate.
You’ve had a really long and diverse career in real estate. What’s been your career highlight so far?
The highlight of my career was when I was the director of a real estate company. I was responsible for training a team of high performing sales and leasing staff. I learnt so many things during that time, like the ability to respond to different people and employ a personalised approach. We are all different individuals and you can’t expect people to do things the way you would, so working together is very important.

Name three things on your ‘bucket’ list?
A six month cruise around the world on Queen Elizabeth, sky diving and a couple of laps on the race track in a Ferrari. I’m attracted to the adrenaline rush, which I can compare to the thrill of closing a real estate deal.
What’s your favorite city or destination and why should we go?
Hong Kong, for the amazing food and vibrant night life.
Best thing about your job in commercial sales and leasing?
Every day is a new day and there’s never a dull moment!
After 25 years in the industry, what’s the greatest lesson you have learnt and can pass onto others?
Be honest, be professional and be proactive. Act with honesty and integrity at all times.
