Strata Energy Services (SES) recently completed a group buying exercise for the clients of Dixon

Kestles. The purpose of this exercise was to go out to market and secure a saving on the energy costs for each owners corporation management by Dixon Kestles.

SES reached out to Australia’s leading retailers to provide a competitive pricing offer for the Dixon Kestles portfolio. Responses were received from several leading providers and Origin Energy provided the best overall energy offer, submitting a 28% discount on electricity usage and supply charges and a 14% discount on gas usage and supply charges.

Origin Energy’s offer is projected to result in total savings of nearly $200,000 per year for Dixon Kestles’ clients. This offer is expected to provide better pricing for 96% of owners corporation sites compared to their current costs.
